(b) When you sign up for the Lifetime StressCureIP Class, we gather your name, your regular mail address, your gender, and your telephone numbers.

(c) When you submit an application to become a Lifetime StressCureIP Class Certified Instructor, we gather your regular mail address, your gender, and your telephone numbers.

2. How Chenax MajestyIP Safeguards Your Information

We recognize that security of financial transactions over the Internet is imperfect. Therefore we use the same level of security that major banks use online. Your information is processed, without being seen by us, by established, commercial online payment processessors with many years of industry experience.

We also acceptl payment made by certified check or money order.

The possibility of identity theft, or of the theft of your credit card number, is most unlikely to occur when you do business with us.

We classify all your information as confidential. We maintain all your information in confidential files and/or in heavily guarded servers, behind electronic firewalls. Only authorized personnel are permitted access to client information, and those who have access, fully understand and respect our commitment to protecting your privacy and the security of your financial and personal information. Every Chenax MajestyIP employee has committed himself or herself to living by the Four Pillars of the Morning Star.

3. To What Parties We Disclose Your Information

Beyond depositing your certified check, we cannot disclose your financial information because we do not have such information.

We do not disclose any of your personal information to other organizations, unless you have specifically authorized it beforehand. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to other organizations, even if the organizations are affiliated with us.

During the investigation (by the authorities) of fraud or illegal activity, we may be compelled by the courts to disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, or similar court order. We have to comply.

4. Your Choices Regarding Privacy
